Resistance training encompasses many different types of exercise.  It’s the big guys at the gym pumping iron; it’s the athlete using balance balls, discs, and bands; and it’s even body weight exercises such as pushups, pullups and lunges.  In-home Personal Training sessions with Movement Dynamics utilizes just about all of these ideas and more (sorry, no heavy pounding of weight though).
